Magical Tricks to enhance your delivery, open and response rates


Email marketing is a powerful tool of online marketing. To be successful in email marketing measuring few metrics are very important. There are three different metrics to measure your email marketing campaigns.


  1. Delivery Rate: This metric is used to measure how many emails have been delivered

  2. Open Rate: This metric is used to measure how many recipients have opened the email

  3. Response Rates: This metric is used to measure how many recipients have responded back to the email

Here are few ideas to improve your delivery, open and response rates:

  • Purchase Email Lists; Buy always quality lists database from very good service providers
  • Opt-in: Use an opt-in email lists or Buy email lists which is permission based.

  • From label: Ensure your email has clear label stating from which person the email was sent. Once you decide on a from label don't change it for every email.

  • Unsubscribe: Give your recipients easy way to opt-out or unsubscribe from your email lists. If any recipient to opt-out, ensure you remove their email address from the list.

  • Subject Line: Make sure that your subject line is related to your content. Keep it short and simple. Make sure you write a subject line, which grabs the attention of the reader.

  • Your Address: Provide a valid postal address, email & website address in the signature panel. So that the customer can contact you back if they have any queries.

  • Content: Make sure your content is creative and to the point. Do not write long sentences because they don't read the entire email.

  • Reminders of Sign-up: Remind your recipients where you obtained their information and why they are receiving emails from you.

  • Frequency: Maintain an ongoing relationship with your customers. Make sure you send them frequent emails depending on the frequency you choose it may be daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly.

  • Address Books: Ask your recipients to add your address in their address book so that next time when you send an email they can recognize from whom they have received the email.

  • Testing: Before you start any email campaign make sure you test the subject line and all the links in the content.

  • Images: Combine both images and text in your emails. If you use attracted images, that will grab the attention of the reader.

  • Spam Filter: Run your email through a spam filter before you launch your email campaign.
